Get help from the WP Foreman team
Send a support request from the app, attach screenshots, and follow the conversation in one place.
Updated Oct 11, 2026
Click Support at the bottom of the menu to ask the WP Foreman team for help. We reply in the app and by email, usually within one business day.
Send a request
- Go to Support and click New request.
- Pick what it’s about (something isn’t working, a how-to question, plan or billing, or an idea) and the website it concerns, if any.
- Add a subject, then describe what you did, what you expected and what happened. Error messages help a lot.
- Attach screenshots or files if useful: up to 5, 10 MB each (images, PDF, text, logs or .zip).
Picking the website lets us see its connection status, versions and last error straight away, so you don’t have to look them up.
Let support sign in to the website
Some problems are quicker to fix from inside WordPress. When a request is about a website, you can tick Allow WP Foreman support to sign in to this website’s wp-admin as you send it, or click Allow access on the request later.
- It covers only that website, nothing else in your account.
- It lasts 72 hours or until the request is closed, whichever comes first. Click Remove access to end it sooner.
- Every time we sign in, it’s recorded in the website’s log as “WP Foreman support (ticket #…)” and you get an email.
- We sign in as the administrator chosen in the website’s Sign in as setting, or the site’s first administrator if none is chosen.
- Without your permission we can’t sign in to your websites at all.
Replies
- You get an email when we reply. Open the request in the app to answer, so the whole conversation stays in one place.
- Each request shows whether it’s Waiting on WP Foreman, Waiting on you or Closed.
- When it’s sorted, click It’s sorted, close this request. Replying to a closed request opens it again.
- Everyone on your team can see and reply to the account’s requests.
What we can see
When helping you, we see your account details and each website’s address, connection status, versions and last error, never your backups, clients, reports or chats, and we can’t sign in to your websites unless you allow it on a request (see above). See What our team can see.
For “how do I…” questions, Ask the Foreman or this help center is usually the fastest answer.
Thanks. If something was missing, tell us what.
